Our Team

After moving to Florida in early childhood, Kelsey called Satellite Beach home, spending her free time at the beach and playing sports. After high school, she completed her Bachelor of Science at Stetson University while on a soccer scholarship. After graduation, she decided that she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps and pursue a career in nursing. This path led her to the beautiful city of Nashville where she completed her RN and MSN at Vanderbilt University, graduating with honors and becoming a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP). Wanting to experience big city living while following her passion of working with the underserved, Kelsey moved to New York City and worked in a Federally Qualified Health Center in Brooklyn for the next two years before moving back to Satellite Beach to be closer to family.

Prior to joining Pediatrics in Brevard in 2018, Kelsey continued working as a CPNP for the underinsured and uninsured in Florida. During this time, she completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) at Vanderbilt University. Besides helping women meet their breastfeeding goals, she also has a passion for getting children off to the right start with healthy nutrition and exercise. She considers education to be a vital part of healthcare, and works to empower families to be participants in their health outcomes and decision making.

When she is not working, you can find Kelsey spending time outdoors with her husband, a new baby boy, and their dog Walter. She also coaches Crossfit, is an avid pizza maker, and loves nothing more than traveling to experience new culinary adventures.
